There were very few parking spaces and one was taken up by a car that had clearly been sitting there for a long while that the window was missing where it had been broken into. The key cards had to be replaced every day after 9 am. The breakfast was EXTREMELY limited to say the least. They walked in on him literally 2 minutes later. The second day when we were getting ready to check out my husband was using the bathroom and as I walked out of the room housekeeping were standing in front of my door so I explained my husband was using the bathroom and to please wait a while so he could finish. The first day after my husband and I came back from running around the city I found a dirty cleaning glove left in the room and trash not picked up and personal belongings moved but they made the bed I guess. The cleaning staff came into our room without permission even after the do not disturb sign was hanging and a note was supposed to be left for them after coming in at 8 am and again on our second day around the same day. The outlets were inaccessible (in the closet for where the desk outlet should be along with a light switch) and the tv was mounted facing the counter/sink/mini fridge (no microwave) so it was hard to see especially from the bed. We paid the extra for a the kind suite with a sofa bed but there weren't any extra pillows (the king bed only came with 3) or blankets, the sofa bed didn't hold more than 50 lbs before collapsing in the center.

One ignored me while she was making a personal call on her cell phone. Staff was hands down the worst I've ever encountered.
